Each year they put out a call for entries for their annual International Review of Spirits. The Ultimate Cocktail Challenge is a follow-up to the Ultimate Spirits Callenge and was held on April 12th - 14th at the Astor Center in New York City. Each entry was used to create classic tequila cocktails and then judged. The judging was conducted blind and each cocktail was given a score to determine the best tequila to use in each of the drinks.
El Gran Jubileo Blanco was the second highest scorer overall and a finalist for the Chairman's trophy for its incredible flavor when mixed in both the Paloma and the Tequila Sunrise.

The results are in from the inaugural Ultimate Spirits Challenge
(http://www.ultimate-beverage.com) and El Gran Jubileo makes the list of top entries. The USC is in its first year and turns out to be very demanding! Many of the most famous brands didn't even make the list! We're proud to announce that all three expressions of Tequila El Gran Jubileo were among the top scorers.

The San Francisco World Spirits Competition (http://www.sfspiritscomp.com) was held on March 13th and 14th at the Hotel Nikko in downtown San Francisco. Tequila El gran Jubileo, in its first ever appearance at the competition came away with medals for all three expressions!
